Tender Operations is a descriptive service label and is not represented as a registered trade mark.

Initial requests

Submitting the screening form creates an enquiry record only. It does not form a client engagement, require us to accept work, or authorise us to submit or sign anything for the enquirer.

UK business-only launch

The beta service is offered only to active companies incorporated in the United Kingdom, acting wholly for business purposes. We do not accept consumers, sole traders, non-UK entities or requests made for private use. Companies House verification, a UK billing address and an authorised company representative are required before any engagement. We may reject or cancel an enquiry that does not meet these conditions.

Prices and VAT

Unless a written order states otherwise, quoted beta prices are the total service charge and VAT is not charged while LIGHT AND DARK ENERGY LTD is not VAT-registered. We will not issue a VAT invoice or represent any amount as VAT unless and until registration takes effect. Pricing and tax treatment may change for future orders; any change will be shown before the client commits.

Information, not a guarantee

Website content and automated screening are general information, not legal or procurement advice. Any scope, deadline or price is subject to a written order form. We do not guarantee eligibility, submission acceptance, evaluation score, contract award or grant funding.

Client responsibility

Our service prepares working drafts and checks. The client remains responsible for factual accuracy, eligibility, bid/no-bid decisions, pricing, declarations, approvals and final portal submission.

Excluded work

We do not accept defence, weapons, intelligence, classified procurement, critical national infrastructure, sanctions-sensitive work, or projects involving patient records or sensitive clinical data. We may decline other regulated or security-restricted matters after screening.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site content belongs to us or our licensors. It may not be copied, scraped, misrepresented or used to interfere with the site. Client deliverables and pre-existing materials are governed by the signed service agreement.
